New legislation 2016 about short term renting i e Holiday homes.
We advertise our properties and locations through the largest Holiday Home networks in Europe and United States, and can make individual ads for each property. We handle the rental almanack. There is a lot of paper work to be made before a client arrives - the Police shall have copy of passport, name, adress, age, sex etc. The client make a first payment when booking and later a full payment including damage deposit. We send arrival instructions and a confirmation.
For holiday rentals, you do not need to be involved in any booking or payment collection yourself.
On arrival, the guests are greeted by a member of our staff to familiarise them with the local area, "the comunidad" and your property. The property is cleaned and new linen and towels are provided.
Throughout their stay we are available to them in case of emergency and we take care of all small repairs.
When guests are leaving we take care of laundry, cleaning and repairs. We check for any damages and pay back damage deposit if everything is ok.
We provide you with a guests manual to meet the legislation demands. Most of this we have on our web site so client can read all information and look at photos before they arrive.
You can relax in the knowledge that we take care of your guests and look after your interests.
You regularly get a statement of income and costs.

According to law you have to keep accounts quarterly of your income and costs. We help you with this and also with arranging your yearly tax payment as non-resident in Spain.
