How can I find the keys to the apartment ?

Depending on location and arriving time, we arrange a hand over. Personal meeting or we have a safe where you can collect/leave your keys. Collection instructions will be given to you when your holiday is paid in full.

What is included in the rental price?

Included in the price is an entry and exit clean of the property, linen and towels,  according to your booking terms. You can contract change of linen and towels more frequently and a courtesy clean of floors and bathrooms more frequently at extra charge. Contact HomeCare for a quote.

What is a Welcome Food Pack?

You can order in advance a Welcome Food Pack comprising of milk, eggs, butter, bread, sugar, tea, coffee, orange juice, soap, toilet rolls and a bottle of water. In some contracts this is included.

How do I make a definite booking?

A 25% non-returnable reservation deposit is required in advance by bank transfer, balance to be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival or in cash on arrival.

Can we arrive earlier than 16.00 (4 pm) or stay longer than 10 (am) before departure?

This would be on a request basis only and would depend on the apartment being vacant the night before your arrival and whether it si required for new guests on the day of your departure.

Can I book extras like a cot or high chair?

Extra beds, cots, high chairs, etc can be hired for 35 euro per week by advance booking.

How do I get to Dominion Beach/Hacienda Beach/Cabo Bermejo from the Airport?

Is there car parking?

Depending on location. In Dominion Beach the parking have a gated parking 24/7 security, Hacienda Beach have parking outside, All villas have parking behind gates. 

Is there children´s pool and do life guards supervise the swimming ?

Larger pools normally have life guards during summer period.

Where can I find emergency numbers if required?

You find a sheet/folder in your apartment with some very useful information.

Doctor: 900 200 146  24 hour doctor, associated with the nearby hospital Hospiten, which also has an accident and emergency department.

Fire, Police, Ambulance:  112  English speaking

If you are only slightly unwell and may be able to avoid the need for a doctor, chemists are able to sell many more medicines here than in other European countries.

Where can we shop food?

Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Supersol are all close to your destination.

What happens if I break something?

You should leave the apartment/villa in the same condition as when you came. If there a small accident there will probably be no problem at all. Tell HomeCare what has happened so we can fix it. If there is a larger damage we will cover the cost firstly from your damage deposit
