Owing a property in Spain means a lot of comunication with comunities, authorities, gardeners, cleaners, handy men etc. They speak Spanish and some times english. We are taking away the hassle of organising the services, accepting and reconciling payments and for those who rent out dealing with enquiries and bookings, laundry and cleaning.  We organise tax declaration - non-residence. If you rent out the property you need to do a special rental declaration. Payment of tax. IBI tax, eletricity, water, gardener/pool service and garbage are other expenditures that has to be paid. Our maintenance experts take care of everything to ensure your property is always in top condition. We make inspections of the property as often as you want, and organise any repairs that need to be done.  Our cleaning and laundry service is of the highest standard.
