Most of our apartments and villas are privately owned and rented out by the owners. HomeCare is a managing agent taking care of the apartment, rentals, maintenance and sales.
By contacting us directly you do not need to pay service charges to the internet rental platforms.
We are concentrated in luxury complexes between Marbella and Estepona, Costa del Sol.

From 2016 owners of Holiday rental apartments must comply to a new law. In respect to compliance the rules obliges owners to offer clients: licence of occupancy, rooms with adequate ventilation and darkening devices, sufficient furniture and necessary appliances, touristic information (hard copy or electronic), complaint form, first aid kit, bed linen, cutlery and crockery and a telephone number available to tenants where they can call to resolve any incidences, instruction manuals for kitchen appliances, details for communal facilities etc
